Shaynna Hunter is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New Jersey. She has been providing counseling services for twenty years. She has experience working with Adult and Child Psychiatric patients at Beth Israel Hospital and St. James Hospital in New Jersey. She has extensive experience working with children with disabilities and special needs.

Shaynna earned her master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. She has received a Certification in Advance Clinical Practice from New York University – Post Masters Social Work Program.

Shaynna provides supervision for bachelor’s and master’s level Social Work students. And provides clinical supervision for master’s level LCSW candidates.

She provides individual and group therapy. Professionalism, communication, and quality therapeutic services are her strengths. Her clinical focus utilizes evidence-based therapies to include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Parenting Skills Training.
