Mikaela is a native New Jersey resident who graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She was a part of the inaugural class for the Masters of Applied Psychology Program also at Rutgers University. She then went on to obtain her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification. Mikaela was previously a Clinical Manager at Progressive Option Support Services before stepping into the Clinical Director role. She has an extraordinary commitment and passion for providing high quality services as well as supreme support for all employees.
