Nicole Pareja, M.A., BCBA, is a Clinical Manager and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over nine years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She began her career as a Behavior Technician and advanced through various roles, including Registered Behavior Technician and Student Apprentice, before becoming a BCBA. Nicole has worked with diverse populations across South Florida, West Florida, and North Carolina, delivering services in home, school, community, and clinic-based settings. In her current role as Clinical Manager, Nicole oversees clinical operations, supports team development, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services. She also serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s RBT Testing Team, contributing her expertise to the development and validation of assessment content for the field. Nicole is passionate about promoting professional growth among clinicians, developing programs that enhance social and adaptive skills, and empowering families through compassionate, individualized care.
