Anadelys Besu-Lopez, M.S., BCBA, LBA, is a Clinical Manager and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 8 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her career began as a Registered Behavior Technician, progressed to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, and led to her current role as a Behavior Analyst. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis and has served in both Assistant Clinical Director and Clinical Director roles.
In addition to her clinical work, she brings extensive experience in ABA administration and operations, allowing her to bridge high-quality clinical care with the systems that support effective service delivery. She has worked with children from early childhood through adolescence across home, school, clinic, community, and telehealth settings, with a special passion for supporting foster children.
Her professional experience spans South Florida, Missouri, and New Jersey. She is deeply committed to creating meaningful change and believes that strong leadership, collaboration, and ongoing training are essential in helping children reach their fullest potential.
